This course is for intermediate paddlers who wish to improve their river canoeing skills. You must have already completed an introductory whitewater canoeing course with Paddle Canada or EV2 with Canot Kayak Québec to take part in this training.
This course helps you better understand the dynamics of your boat and become one with it. The objective of this course is to maneuver your boat in Class 2 rapids with the least amount of effort. The course begins in calm water to solidify the basics, then we work in Class 1 and 2. We work in Class 1 and 2 rapids. Inclusions
- Qualified and experienced instructors
- Days on the water typically from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Tandem canoe equipped for whitewater (painter, bailer, thigh straps, knee pads)
- Personal flotation device, paddle, and helmet

Exclusions
- Appropriate clothing for paddling depending on the time of season, a more detailed list will be provided
- Dinner and snacks for the day
- Accommodation for the duration of the training, you must find a place to stay in the area
